Our Team

The founders of MGP, Charles Salcetti and Andrew Eshelman, have been involved in the Washington, DC metropolitan commercial real estate market for over 30 years. The entire MGP team is comprised of individuals experienced in coordination of acquisition, design, development, leasing, financing, asset and property management as well as disposition issues encountered during the life of a commercial real estate project.

Charles A. Salcetti, Principal

Charles A. Salcetti has over 30 years of commercial real estate and management experience. Mr. Salcetti has extensive experience in oversight and coordination of real estate investments including placement of debt and equity as well as all management services required for its portfolio. Prior to forming MGP, Mr. Salcetti was President of Mulligan / Griffin and Associates, Inc. (MGA), the predecessor organization of MGP. Prior to joining MGA, Mr. Salcetti was Vice President of Finance and Administration for a Washington, DC-based owner and developer of hotels, offices, and industrial properties. He began his career as a CPA in the Washington DC office of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Salcetti holds a BSBA from Georgetown University.

Andrew O. Eshelman, Principal

Andrew O. Eshelman has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate and brokerage as well as extensive experience in the acquisition, development, leasing and sales of commercial properties. Prior to forming MGP, Mr. Eshelman was Vice President of MGA establishing and overseeing the property acquisitions and leasing programs. Prior to joining MGA, he was Vice President and Team Leader at South Charles Realty, a $17 billion subsidiary of MNC Financial, responsible for the disposition and asset management of approximately $450 million in real estate holdings. He was a Vice President of the Toll Road Corporation of Virginia, responsible for raising venture capital. Mr. Eshelman was, for five years, a commercial broker with Cassidy & Pinkard. He was also an attorney, principally involved in corporate and real estate law, with Baker & Hostetler in Washington, DC. Mr. Eshelman graduated with a BA from Stanford University and earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

Scott P. Moseley, Senior Vice President

Scott P. Moseley joined MGP as Vice President/Asset Manager in 2004. He is responsible for pursuing and implementing new business opportunities. Mr. Moseley has over 20-years experience in the real estate industry including acquisition, development, management and disposition. Prior to joining MGP, he was with Akridge in the Acquisition & Finance Department responsible for the acquisition of existing assets as well as oversight of various development projects including office, residential and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Akridge he was with Lend Lease Real Estate Investment where he was responsible for acquisitions in the Washington metropolitan area. In addition, he was a member of the investment sales team of Jones Lang LaSalle in Washington, DC primarily focused on the disposition of institutional grade office properties. Mr. Moseley earned his BA from Elon University.

Timothy M. Harhan, Vice President & Controller

Timothy M. Harhan is Vice President & Controller of MGP having joined the firm in 1997. He is responsible for oversight and coordination of financial accounting and reporting and additionally coordinates a variety of asset management responsibilities for the MGP portfolio, including insurance and property tax administration, as well as loan and income tax administration. Mr. Harhan has over twenty years of financial reporting and management experience in both a corporate and operating environment. Mr. Harhan earned his BBA from the College of William and Mary. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
